Jerryborg Marine has our own plant in this industry with the most complete equipment. At the same time, our factory facilities are able to meet the requirements of any size and shape. The workshop is equipped with a number of mechanical equipment so that the company can match and achieve a strict delivery schedule.
Production process is below:
OEM/ODM for foam fender
1. Foam Core
Foam cores are thermally laminated or bonded using the best PES available:100% enclosed cells, reticulated, cross-linked, in the form of rolls or blocks. The foam is mechanically processed and carefully shaped.

2. Coating Process
The foam core is then coated with our various polyurethane formulations through an airless machine. During spray, polyester or other (polyamide or aramid) fabrics are inserted into the coating. Finally, a high wear-resistant PU and soft composites with hardness of 75-95 ShA were obtained. Thickness suitable for use, from 1 to 50 mm. We offer a range of colors on request, in addition to the usual signal colors.
3. Fitting & Accessories
After the foam core is sprayed, take it to the finishing department and take out the tools to be processed. Accessories are installed in the most convenient way: glued, bolted, and even soldered. Buoys and fenders can be marked with your design/logo at simple request.
