Marine Bumper
Marine bumpers are widely used for ship-to-ship transfer, double banking, and ship-to-dock berths. They are preferably used in ports where the tides vary greatly. Jerryborg's bumper can be easily deflated, enabling simple and cost-effective relocation, providing protection in the dock and ship-to-ship mooring scenarios. We offer products in various sizes, and they can also be fitted with tires or chain nets to provide additional protection.
Marine bumpers are divided into three types, including sling type, hydro-pneumatic type, and chain and tire net type. Each type plays a critical role in protecting the safety of marine operations.

Marine Bumper Structure
① Outer rubber layer
Mooring fenders are covered by the outer layer made of natural rubber. This rubber compound is strong enough to protect the inner layer and synthetic-cord layer from the damage of external forces and severe weather conditions due to its high elasticity and abrasion resistance.
② Synthetic-tire-cord layer
The Synthetic-tire-cord layer is made of synthetic-tire-cord fabrics, compared with synthetic canvas fabric and synthetic belt fabric, this reinforcement layer performs better in fatigue-resistance and pressure-holding.
③ Inner rubber layer
The inner layer is designed to seal the air inside the fender.
