Polyurethane Skin Floating EVA Foam Fender With CCS Authorised Made In China
EVA Foam Fender Introduction
EVA foam fender is a floating compression fender, which has a wide range of uses and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is composed of an external polyurethane protective layer, reinforced rubber nylon cord fabric, and an internal space, which is filled with foam as a collision-absorbing medium. The outer layer of the EVA foam fender has extremely low strength, so it has extremely high wear resistance. The EVA foam fender effectively absorbs the impact force, therefore reducing the resultant force acting on the dock/ship at the contact point.
A wise application is that this EVA foam fender can be used for tugboats, workboats, pilot boats, and is suitable for high seas piers, gravity ports, especially large tidal piers. EVA foam fenders are also a viable option for onboard transportation (STS) operations.
Structure Of EVA Foam Fender
Closed-cell polyethylene foam performs well in high durability and sturdiness even at extremely low temperatures.
Nylon and tire cord reinforcement is strong enough to protect the foam inside
Outerwear surface is the non-marking polyurethane, which is resistant to acid and alkali, besides it has higher load-bearing capacity and impact resistance.
Q235 hot galvanized flange, hot galvanized central shaft tube/chain
Applications Of EVA Foam Fender
It is widely used in ships, offshore platforms, offshore, facilities, docks, yachts, etc.
