Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fenders
Floating pneumatic rubber fenders are made of natural rubber and reinforced synthetic-tire-cord layers which are strong enough to withstand the damage of puncture and twisting. Floating pneumatic rubber fenders are regarded as bumpers to absorb the reaction force and they're suitable for the places where tides vary largely.
Floating pneumatic rubber fenders include three types, sling-type, hydro-pneumatic type, and chain and tire net type. They all play critical roles in marine operations safety.

Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fenders Advantage
1. Strong Enough against Shear Force
Floating pneumatic rubber fender is made of reinforced-tire-cord layers which enable to make it to cope against the shear forces and compression forces.
2. Safe and Reliable
Floating pneumatic rubber fender is made of several strong cord layers to enable it to be pressure-resistant and puncture-resistant. The floating pneumatic rubber fender whose diameter is over 2.5m is equipped with safety valve to release the air inside in case it's overpressured. The diagram below shows the data variations at different percentage compressions.

The outer layer is made of natural rubber which is a strong compound with tear strength and high tensile strength, it can better protect the fender from the damage of hard usage and a complex natural environment. The inner rubber layer is used to seal the internal air so that the risk of leakage is absent. The reinforced synthetic-tire-cord layer consists of composite tire cord with cross shadow lines are also customized upon customer's request and different application.
