Marine Hydro Pneumatic Fender
Marine hydro pneumatic fenders are widely used for semi-submersible platforms, and drilling rigs for a long time. They are preferably used in ports where the tides vary greatly. Jerryborg's marine hydro pneumatic fender is filled with water and air inside to make it vertically installed against submerged hulls with a counterweight. We offer products in various sizes, and they can also be fitted with tires or chain nets to provide additional protection.
Marine hydro pneumatic fender is marine equipment used to prevent ships, ships, and other naval vessels from colliding with each other or crashing into docks, wharves, and piers. In other words, marine hydro pneumatic fenders can be simply called marine bumpers.

Marine Hydro Pneumatic Fender Structure
① Outer rubber layer
Marine hydro pneumatic fenders are covered by the outer layer made of natural rubber. This rubber compound is strong enough to protect the inner layer and synthetic-cord layer from the damage of external forces and severe weather conditions due to its high elasticity and abrasion resistance.
② Synthetic-tire-cord layer
The Synthetic-tire-cord layer is made of synthetic-tire-cord fabrics, compared with synthetic canvas fabric and synthetic belt fabric, this reinforcement layer performs better in fatigue-resistance and pressure-holding.
③ Inner rubber layer
The inner rubber layer is designed to seal the air inside the fender.
