3.3m*6.5m Marine Hydropneumatic Fender Floating Rubber Bumpers For Submarine Protection
Marine Hydropneumatic Fender
Marine hydropneumatic fender is used in submarine platforms, and drilling rigs for a long time. This marine hydropneumatic fender is filled with water and air inside to make it vertically installed against submerged hulls with a counterweight. Fully compliant with the ISO17357 standard, Jerryborg’s marine hydropneumatic fender supplies with a variety of specifications and dimensions to meet customer’s requests and different application conditions.
Marine hydropneumatic fenders are made of natural rubber and tire cord reinforcement in the shape of cylindrical, which is strong enough to withstand external forces and severe weather conditions.
Marine Hydropneumatic Fender Structure
① Outer rubber layer
The outer rubber layer uses special compounds that provide additional tensile strength and tear strength to protect the fender from severe weather conditions and frequent use.
② Synthetic-tire-cord layer
The Synthetic-tire-cord layer is made of synthetic-tire-cord fabrics, compared with synthetic canvas fabric and synthetic belt fabric, this reinforcement layer performs better in fatigue-resistance and pressure-holding.
③ Inner rubber layer
The inner rubber layer is designed to seal the air inside the fender.
Marine Hydropneumatic Fender Advantage
1. Absorb more energy and reduce the adverse impact on the ship
2. Safely overload.
3. Lightweight and easy to install.
4. Long service life.
5. Different sizes can be customized upon customer's requirements.
