Hydro submarine fender is usually installed vertically equipped with a counterweight, which provides a better contact area that other pneumatic fenders can not do. Jerryborg hydro submarine fender is customized upon its water-air ratio, the shape of the hull, berthing-type, energy absorption, and jetty design.
Hydro submarine fender is marine equipment used to prevent ships, ships, and other naval vessels from colliding with each other or crashing into docks, wharves, and piers. In other words, hydro submarine fenders can be simply called marine bumpers.

Hydro Submarine Fender Structure
① Outer rubber layer
Marine hydro pneumatic fenders are covered by the outer layer made of natural rubber. This rubber compound is strong enough to protect the inner layer and synthetic-cord layer from the damage of external forces and severe weather conditions due to its high elasticity and abrasion resistance.
② Synthetic-tire-cord layer
The Synthetic-tire-cord layer is made of synthetic-tire-cord fabrics, compared with synthetic canvas fabric and synthetic belt fabric, this reinforcement layer performs better in fatigue-resistance and pressure-holding.
③ Inner rubber layer
The inner rubber layer is designed to seal the air inside the fender.
